Twenty Fifteen sports a menu design that’s easy to navigate — especially when you add menu descriptions.
To build your menu with custom descriptions, go to Customize → Menus and click on the gear icon to “Show advanced menu properties”. Then you can select “Description” there to allow you to add menu descriptions (subtext) to your site’s navigation menu.
Now you can add descriptions to any link in a menu.
