If you’re a blogger, writer or poet, then Publish is the perfect choice. It’s a clean minimal theme, which puts you and your content on stage. Among other features, Publish has a responsive layout, supports custom background and a header image, several post formats, one sidebar and a custom menu.
Its responsive design makes sure your work looks great on all screen sizes, ranging from large desktop screens, to small tablets and tiny mobile phones. On mobile phones, Publish will hide your navigation menu under a touch-activated drop-down menu, leaving less distraction, and more room for your content.
Custom Header or Logo
By default, Publish will display the site owner’s Gravatar in the top-left image area. You can easily modify that by uploading a custom header image in Appearance → Header, or you can remove it completely by selecting “Remove Header Image.”
Publish supports one sidebar, which is displayed just after the main navigation on the left hand site. You can configure this area by going to Appearance → Widgets. Please also note that on smaller screen sizes (tablets and mobile devices), the sidebar widgets will be pushed to the bottom of the page.
The Primary Menu is located above the main sidebar, and can be configured by browsing to Appearance → Menus. The menu is one level deep, meaning it does not support sub-menus. On tablets and mobile devices, the menu is displayed at the top of the page.
You can define a custom color, or upload an image to use as your background in Appearance → Background from your Dashboard.
