Dress up your blog with Monster, a spooky Halloween theme featuring all manner of goblins and ghouls to spark your imagination. In addition to a frightfully festive and responsive design, Monster supports one custom navigation menu, custom headers and backgrounds, and even a theme option to change the monster in the header! Read on to find out how to make the most of Monster.
Pick Your Monster
Under Appearance -> Theme Options, you can choose from six different monster styles to be displayed in the theme’s header: Frankie (default), Vampire, Spider, Jack-o-lantern, Demon, or Skull.
In the spirit of the season, Monster has a few tricks and treats to share, if you’re clever enough to find them. Dig a little and you may unearth some secret monsters!
Custom Header and Background
Monster supports one custom navigation menu, the Primary Menu in the header, which can be configured by going to Appearance -> Menus.
Monster includes one widget area, the Sidebar, that can be configured in Appearance -> Widgets. If no widgets are added to this area
Full-Width Page Template
Monster includes a full-width page template that removes the primary sidebar, giving your content more room to strut its stuff. Select the Full Width, No Sidebar template when you publish your Page.
