Placing Social Media Icons in the Header
There are 4 social media icons included with this theme, for use in the right header widget area as shown on the demo site.

Create a Custom Menu for the header, following these instructions and using Links to add menu items. You may call the menu whatever name you wish.

To create the buttons, expand the “Screen Options” drop down at the top right of your screen and check the “CSS Classes” advanced property.

Insert one of the following classes for each menu item:

  • social-twitter
  • social-facebook
  • social-pinterest
  • social-rss

Add one Link menu item to your menu for each social media site you wish to link to, inserting the appropriate link for each one—your Twitter account, your Facebook page, etc.

Now use the Custom Menu widget to display these in the Header Right area.
