Tuned Balloon offers widgetized home page template that makes it easy to add and create home page on your own. It contains top widgetized sidebar used for the main full screen image. Under the main image there are three columns widgetized sidebars that makes it easy to drag and drop whichever widget you want. This way you can create your dream home page. Bottom part of the theme is a full width widgetized footer.

This theme offers: home, bio and full-width template and full-width template without the header.

Tuned Balloon supports Post Formats and Sticky Posts. Style your website with aside, audio, gallery, image, link, quote and video post formats.

How to set up home page?

-Create a page to use as the home page and set the page template to Home Main – Static Page
-Under Settings > Readings, choose “static page”, then select the new Home page you just created from the dropdown

1. Home Page – Top Image

Navigate to the Appearances > Widgets page in your WordPress dashboard. Drag  “Anariel Home Top Image” widget from the left and drop it inside “Home – Top Image” sidebar.

2. Home Page – Left Sidebar

Navigate to the Appearances > Widgets page in your WordPress dashboard. Drag  whichever widget from the left and drop it inside “Home – Left Sidebar” sidebar. In the live preview we used “Recent Posts” and “Image” widgets:

Navigate to the Appearances > Widgets page in your WordPress dashboard. Drag  “Anariel Footer Socials Widget” from the left and drop it inside “Footer – Socials Widget” sidebar.

You are welcome to use any other widget instead of our custom socials widget.

Site Title or Logo

How to set up site title or logo image?

The title shown at the top of all pages is the title of your WordPress website. This can be adjusted via the Appearances > Customize tab in your WordPress Dashboard. Inside option “Site Title” you are able to adjust site title and tagline for your site. If you want to use logo image instead of the site title, open the option “Logo” and upload your logo image.

Custom Header Image

How to upload your own custom header image?

Header image can be uploaded via the Appearances > Header tab in your WordPress Dashboard. Image should be at least 1920 in width .

News Page

1. Post Formats

Tuned Balloon supports Post Formats and Sticky Posts. Style your website with aside, audio, gallery, image, link, quote and video post formats.

2. News Sidebar

Navigate to the Appearances > Widgets page in your WordPress dashboard. Drag  whichever widget you want from the left and drop it inside “News Page – Right Sidebar” .

3. Discography Page

This page is category page added inside the menu and it reads latest post from Discography Category. If you want to have Discography page same as in the live preview, open the Post and choose “Audio” as a post format and assign to it category “Discography”

After that navigate to the Appearances > Menus and drag and drop “Discography” from the Categories to the Menu.

4. Tours Page

This page is category page added inside the menu and it reads latest post from Tours Category. If you want to have Tours page same as in the live preview, open the Post and choose “Aside” as a post format and assign to it category “Tours”

After that navigate to the Appearances > Menus and drag and drop “Tours” from the Categories to the Menu.

Infinite Scroll

How to set up infinite scroll?

Tuned Balloon supports “Infinite Scroll.” When you browse your news page, new posts will be loaded automatically as you scroll down the page. To enable Infinite Scroll  go to “Settings > Reading” and locate the “To infinity and beyond” option. Check the “Scroll Infinitely” box and click “Save Changes.”
